LLC is proud to offer this very special and one of a kind 1963 Alfa Romeo Giulia Spider. This great car has been all restored in the stunning color combination of Dark Blue Metallic with Red interior with black piping (ordered from Alfa Factory in Milan). This is one of the best driving Giulias to be found anywhere and a bit of a "resto-mod" with a larger engine and several performance upgrades. The car is very fast. responsive and very tight. In addition. this Alfa Romeo Giulia was also featured and used in the Martin Scorsese short film “Street of Dreams” with Mr. Matthew McConaughey and Ms Scarlett Johansson. There has been a lot of time and work invested in this to make it an exceptional driver. This is a driver’s car and not a show piece. but certainly does get a lot of attention wherever it goes. Some details of the work that has been done to this car during the restoration (that we received from the prior owners) and the past 5 years are as follows: A rebuilt. larger and upgraded 2. 0 engine was installed with twin Euro cams. Carillo rods and twin webers. 2. 29 miles have been placed on this car since the rebuild. Custom chrome headers installed with a new exhaust system. New water pump and New fuel pump Rebuilt radiator and new resealed gas tank Completely rebuilt 5 speed gearbox with new synchros. new clutch and T10 bearing. Rebuilt suspension with brand new springs. shock. axle unit strap. new bushings and ball joints. New seal on rear end New wheel cylinders. and new disc brakes installed in the front. New windshield. new windshield rubber. new re-chromed windshield posts New dash. new radio blank. new dash knobs. new custom made German top and bows (Dark Blue Canvas) New exterior badges (factory authentic). 3 new mirrors Re-chromed bumpers. new rear taillights and lenses All new leather interior with black piping (made in Italy). new door panels. new factory correct wool carpet. new rear top drape New door handles inside and out. new hood mat. new hood intake molding. new turn signal switches. new ignition switch. New water bag. new windshield wiper motor and blades New gas tank sender and rebuilt heater motor New tires and expensive Alfa Romeo GTA magnesium wheels. All gauges rebuilt and new cables installed Compression is excellent with 214 psi on all 4 cylinders This car was restored be to a phenomenal driver. It is not a show car or trailer queen. I have driven this car extensively and it is one of the finest driving Alfa Romeos or sports cars of this era you will find.
