Description of 1992 Alfa Romeo Spider --

The Alfa Romeo Spider was first introduced in 1966 by the famous Italian automaker and styled by the world renown styling house, Pininfarina. The Spider was simple, but well proportioned and was advanced for its time. Sold until 1993, the Spider went through a lot of changes but still close to the original recipe. The Series 4 was the last model produced, selling from just 1990 till 1993 and feature a number of mechanical and styling changes. The most notable... was the restyled body with color keyed bumpers and no spoilers. Other changes included the switch to Bosch Monotronic electric fuel injection for the 2.0L 4 cylinder, standard power steering, air conditioning, driver's side airbag, electric cooling fan, full width taillights, and updated seats. Sales were low for the Series 4, with just 21,775 sold. GR Auto Gallery is pleased to bring this stunning 1992 Spider to the market for the first time. This 2 owner vehicle, this Spider is in perfect condition and has seen just 10k miles since it left the production line in Turin Italy. The car is featured in its original shade of Fly Yellow paint that is in stunning condition. This car has been garaged and babied its whole life and it definitely shows it. Being a higher level Veloce car, it features 15in phone dial wheels with Pirelli tires that look factory fresh. The interior features black leather sport seats with velour inserts that are in excellent shape. Everything about this car is original down to the factory radio, shift knob, and steering wheel. The interior also features power windows, power mirrors, air conditioning, and leather steering wheel. This stunning car had a recent service that account for nearly $7k in work. Some of the work completed included engine service with replaced head gasket, new water pump, replaced radiator hoses, new crankshaft pulley, new brakes, full tune up, exhaust replacement, and four brand new tires. This is arguably one of the nicest examples of a fabulous Italian sports car and is a definite collector item.
