Description of 1991 Alfa Romeo Spider

This 1991 Alfa Romea Spider is finished in Rosso Alfa over tan leather and was purchased new through Stew Hansen Alfa Romeo of Des Moines, Iowa. The car made it's way to Wichita, KS around 1996, and moved to Houston, TX area in 2015. It now shows 21,800 miles and is powered by a 2.0L in-line 4 paired with a 5-speed manual transmission. In August 2019, a service was completed for $2k including a new serpentine belt, valve cover gasket, spark plugs, and fluid changes. The Rosso Alfa paint has just completed going through a full paint correction detailing process and ceramic coating. A tan boot cover accompanies the sale as shown in the pictures. Factory 14" alloy wheels are mounted with 185/70 Michelin Defender XT tires manufactured in 2015. An invoice from Vintage Car Solutions in September 2018 shows replacement of the front brake calipers, rotors and pads along with new front and rear brake hoses and a brake fluid change. The tan leather seats feature suede-like inserts, and the factor cassette player has been retained. The original radio manual, code card, anti-theft decals, and removal tools are included. Amenities include air conditioning, power windows and mirrors, a leather wrapped steering wheel and more. Jaeger Italia branded instrumentation includes a 140-mph speedometer, an 8k-rpm tachometer, and gauges for oil pressure, coolant temperature, voltage, and fuel level. The mechanical odometer indicates just over 21,800 miles. Under the hood is a 2.0L inline-four sending power to the rear wheels through a five-speed manual gearbox. In January 2016 Vintage Car Solutions replaced the clutch slave cylinder, slave flex hose, and a low-pressure fuel hose.
