Description of 1972 AMC Javelin

1972 AMC Javelin AMX!! This is an unfinished project car, that I have lost interest in. Car is a real "p" code 360 V8, automatic, center console, AMX! Clear NJ title in hand, finish the car and enjoy!!!
Motor: AMC 360, 093 heads, Rebuilt and bored .060 over, hyperutetic pistons, new Summit 8600 cam (.473/.497 lift, and 300/289 duration) Edelbrock Performer intake, oil gally line mod, heads were rebuilt "093" castings, new guides, and seats, new valve springs, timing chain. Sheet metal valve covers, new HEI distributor, and wires. Holley 4150 650cfm mechanical secondary carb.
Trans: I have 2 trans missions for this car, only ONE will go with it. First is a TCI 200r4(rated to handle 450hp), with a 2600-2800 rpm lock up converter. The second option is a built TH400 with ATI internals, ATI deep finned alum. pan, reverse manual valve body, and a 3500rpm converter. I have the Advanced Adapters kit to use either of these trans missions. I have used 200r4's in previous Javelin builds so, I have a modified cross member, and trans mount as well.
Rear: I have another complete AMC 20 rear end housing. New Auburn Posi unit, new 3.54 gears, new master bearing install kit, new finned alumin diff cover, NEW Moser solid steel axles($500+), all new drum brake hardware!
Suspension: Fronted end has been rebuilt, new rear leaf spring, New kyb gas adjust shocks, new heavy duty(1 1/8") front sway bar kit, and a new Addco 7/8" rear sway bar. New Moog ball joints, new tie rod ends!!
Exhaust: New 2.25 full lenght dual exhaust. Powder coated headers. Flow Master 40 series mufflers
Body: Body is rust free but, the previous owner did some amatuer body work. There is bondo in spots, needs the gaps adjusted. Overall a very nice start. Was painted rustoleum satin black. Aftermarket ALL fiberglass cowl hood, with a Boss 429 Mustang scoop. I have an original cowl hood that comes with the car. Front and rear bumpers where rechromed by previous owner($900.00)
Interior: New legendary seat covers, professionally installed, new carpet(is not the best install job but, I have another new in the box ACC carpet for the car), door panels where hydro dipped carbon fiber, new Califonia 500 chrome steering wheel.
Wheels and tires: Custom built Bassett NASCAR wheels 15x10 with 295/50/15 BFG Radial TA on the rear, and 15x8 with 235/60/15 on front. Less then 500 miles on tires!!
Brakes: Wilwood front disc brake conversion, power boosted with new master cylinder, rear brakes are factory drum but, I do have all new drums, hardeware, and shoes to be installed. Brakes will put you through the windsheild!!!
Radiator was flushed, and pressure tested and re finished.
