Description of 1972 AMC Ambassador |
Here you have a 1972 Amc Ambassador station wagon fully loaded. The car came from an 80 year old gentleman out of Florida. The car runs and shifts great it does have a slight rear main seal leak will need attention sometime. The only reason I am selling is I have way too many projects otherwise I will keep it this car is a looker for sure everyone gives thumbs up when they see it. I have a bunch of NOS parts that go with the car Grill/Rear Spoiler/Door handles/lens/Bumperettes etc. I even have original window sticker for the car. Brand New BFG tires look awesome on the car. Issues that are known the ac is all there but does not work The radiator needs a good cleaning if I get time I will take it to local radiator shop for clean out they quoted me $85 there are no leaks in radiator. I have been unable recently to open the back tailgate not sure why? These tailgatesare ment to open vertically and Horizontally I cant get it to open either way. You can roll down the back window still. The carpet is original and will need replaced as it is just dried out. There is no rust in the floor pans/rockers there is some slight rust in bottom of tailgate cant see it from outside but when I had the back gate opened noticed it there. I am including in the sale a 1974 running driving station wagon because it has the rare third row seat in it and a great tailgate was going to swap it over to the 72. Both station wagons are 360 powered. The 74 wagon the parking brake wont release it is applying pressure If I have time will look at getting it released the car can be driven onto a trailer that's it on the 74 it is not road worthy This car is a bonus if you want it great if not I will just keep it and do something with it?The 74 can beleft here for up to a month after the auction to figure out what you would like to do with it after that you will forfeit it unless other arrangements are made. Both Cars have free and clear Oklahoma titles neither car nor title will be released until payment in full. No overseas scams either if you have less than stellar feedback your bids will be voided. I can do whatever needs to be done to assist in shipping. Cars are located in Blanchard, Oklahoma |
