Description of 1962 Pontiac Grand Prix

1962 Pontiac Grand Prix 2 dr Hard Top Coupe 389 Restoration Project Car. car from California originally. now has clear PA title. This car is a great start for a restoration project. The Frame/ uni-body pieces are in great condition on the underside. Floor pans are solid as well. trunk pan needs replaced. Core support. cross members and rockers are all good as well. Door shells look good. hood and trunk good. Inside partially torn out. needs a new dash pad. needs all the upholstery redone. the front edge of the plastic console is broken off. door panels need replaced or redone. the dashboard looks like wiring was left in tact but its hard to say if anything was removed until its put together again. headlights and buckets are missing. tires are no good. LH front grille insert has a dent on edge. headliner is gone. no key for trunk. LH fender has a dent on front top. missing LH rear 1/4 panel moulding and RH front fender trim. steering wheel needs replaced. no antenna. no bumper center fill or lights in front. motor is just the block and crank. nothing else with it. There is no transmission with the car. The block casting is 538181 and the arma crank casting is 531369. crank shows surface rust as does block. Has the 8 bolt wheels and has all 4 beauty rings and center caps. Car is what you see is what you get. was a manually equipped car as far as windows. locks etc. the start of a great project.
