Description of 1985 Audi Other GT |
| In Fall 2014 the following work was done by an Audi Technician: New Starter Shocks Wheel Bearings Tie-Rods Plugs Wires Distributor Fog Lights and Power Antenna etc. Engine is dry and does not leak. With the exception of the usual wear the interior is immaculate and free of cracks tears and stains.Rides and handles superbly as a daily driver primarily during the Winter months. Winter tires are in fairly new condition. Power mirrors does not work but is easily adjusted manually. Only heated seat on passenger side works. Condenser for air condition was removed but everything else is still in place.I'm the second owner for the past 10 years and can attest to the fact that this car as never been in an accident or have the engine pulled. It is straight as an arrow with the original factory paint. I purchased the car from the original owner 50000km and recently exceeded 300000km mostly hwy driving during the Winter. This engine it could easily be said is "Bullet Proof" and if maintained properly will travel many more miles before it sleeps.I own many cars but this GT Coupe is by far my favourite to drive and literally stare at due to it's timeless design and engineering.Must be driven to be believed!!! |
