is the ORIGINAL BRITISH MOTOR INDUSTRY TRUST, ERTIFIED COPY OF A

FACTORY RECORD of the Austin Healey Bugeye Sprite I owned, ater sold in 2007.

I am in hopes that the currentor pastowners may wish to have an interest in this Certificate.

Other than a complete restoration and an upgrade to a RIVERGATE REBUILT 1275 MOTOR

& 5 SPEED TRANSMISSION in 2005 at 50,500 miles, y personal name is on the Certificate.
