| I purchased this 1966 Austin Healey 3000 MKIII replica on eBay less than a year ago from a guy out of Illinois. I paid $27. 00 which you can view in my eBay history. I flew up on a Saturday and made the 9-hour journey from Chicago to Birmingham. AL. It was quite the adventure. and one I would recommend you trying!Overall the vehicle has been a ton of fun and is in wonderful condition. She was built and completed in 1991 and screams with the High Performance 302 V8 Engine by Ford! At red lights people are rolling down their windows and giving thumbs up signs! The exhaust sounds amazing. even at idle she rumbles. She is an attention grabber for sure… Anticipating the sale. I recently made a few upgrades to benefit the next lucky owner: all new disc brakes. new shocks. and a new convertible top. They completed the work a few weeks ago. I even bought new emblems and a matching keychain.
