Description of 1994 BMW 5-Series

I am the second owner of this 1994 BMW 540i. The first owner lived in California then moved to Tennessee where I purchased it from him in March 2002. We drove the pants off this car until February 2013. Since then it has been sitting in my parking lot unmoved and unattended. Previously, t was kept in the garage. I know the battery is dead. Because it's been sitting outside, t needs a good wash and wax inside and out. No one ever smoked in the car. The leather seats are in good condition. There's some damage on the trunk lid where I backed into a shopping cart at the local pharmacy. The windshield has a chip on the driver's side. There's a noticeable dent over the driver's side front fender and a smaller less noticeable dent over the passenger side front fender. (Both these dents were there when I purchased it.) Some of the pixels on the CD LCD are out. As far as I know, he AC works good. Original BMW wheel covers and spare oil filter are included.
I have all purchase and service records up until February 2012 when the car passed emissions test. This is the last record I have. The mileage at that time was 230,000. I don't know the precise mileage as the battery is dead. The car is being sold as is. No warranties are expressed or implied. If you purchase, ou'll either have to jump the battery, ring a battery or a tow truck.
Deposit ($200.00) is expected within 48 hours via Paypal. If you bring cash, he car is yours. If you bring a cashier's check or other paper, e'll go to the bank together to get it cashed.
