Description of 1991 BMW 3-Series

For sale is a project car I can't seem to get to. I purchased it from my friend about a month ago as it would not start one morning. I always worked on his car and he said it was time to give it up as he has spent to much money on it. I tested tried many things & have narrowed it down to the timing jumping a tooth due to a stretched chain. I ended up getting it started but would backfire & die once you gave it gas. Have spark, uel pressure @ 47 psi,Injector pulse,etc. Also tried a new DME. Engine is slighly dissasembled fro diagnostics testing. I did a compression test & all cylinder were between 180-200. I have no time to work on it anymore as I am selling my house but will not give it away. It has had a ton of maint. over the past years. Paint is in great original shape(Slighlty faded,but good buff will bring it back) Convertible top original & fair/good shape. I drove the car on several occassions & it ran & drove great, lassic e30 great handling. Feel free to ask questions. Have most records from day 1. I will list the parts which were replaced:
