Description of 1990 BMW 3-Series

Selling my 1990 BMW 325is with a S52 swap. The complete swap was done at Schatz and Krum in Sacramento in 2008. The motor is a s52 bottom end with a s50 top end with the obd I setup. Total cost on the swap was $9,200 withreceipts from the shop. Listed below are all of the upgrades and modifications. This car has a whole lot of money into it and i just don't have time for it anymore, sI'm getting married soon. The car is not California registered and it has not passed the BAR, isted down is a detailed list of what it would need to finish the BAR process.

Issues:Tires are worn out and need to be replacedThe speedometer stopped working in January, nd car has been in storage since last year. The lights are on for engine oil (needs sensor), rake lights (work fine), nd anti lock (sensor)
Oil was just changed with mobile 1synthetic and pads are new with drilled and slotted rotors.Car is not legally registered (currently a non-op in California. I brought it to the CA BAR to get it CARB legal and the only issues are:VSS reading 18mph, CU reads 2 O2 sensors, nd they're asking for documentation that the ECU and Flash are correct. If you can take care of this it will be CA BAR legal, f not it would have to be registered out of state. Starting bid is $9,500 or BIN for $11k. If you are interested in checking it out in person,I'm located in the Sacramento Area and available to show most weekends. Message me with any questions!
