| 1994 BMW 850 CSI All Records "Very Rare and Very Collectible" This black on black 1994 BMW 850 CSi is the top of the mark with super performance and classic styling. With just over 60. 00 miles on this powerful V12 engine. this car is just like new and includes all of the luxury features expected from a car at this level. The owner states that there were only 225 of these cars available in the U. S. and that this is number 32 of this production run. The 850 CSi used the same engine as the 850i. which was tuned so significantly that BMW assigned it a new engine code: S70B56. The modifications included a capacity increase to 5. 6 liters and power increase to 380 PS (279 kW; 375 hp). The 850 CSis modified suspension included stiffer springs and dampers and reduced the cars ride height. The recirculating ball steering ratio was dropped 15% over the stock E31 setup. The model also sported wider wheels. with the option of forged alloys. The front and rear bumpers were reshaped for improved aerodynamic performance. Four round stainless steel exhaust tips replaced the square tips found on other models. The 6 speed manual gearbox was the only transmission option. In Europe all 850CSis came with four wheel steering (AHK Aktive Hinterachs Kinematik). The car is being sold with both sets of rims and tires included.
