BMW Z1 E30 M3 Roadster

This 1990 BMW Z1 runs and fully functional, including its party trick drop-down doors. Z1 never came with AC out of the factory. The car itself look good, the paint is a 10 footer and needs some cosmetic tidying.

What looks like black or dark blue is actually a very deep green, and plastic bodywork appears to be in good shape for the most part, aside from the front left side molding, which is cracked. Some vertical scratching can be seen on the passenger side door as well, the panel is rubbing as it retracts or slides back into a closed position. The roof looks good, but the rear window is very foggy. The wheels are OEM correct. This car was recently imported from Europe, and is currently registered in the USA.

The interior seems to be in good shape, and retains the model’s distinctly shaped wheel. The engine bay is stock, though it appears that some plastic and rubber items is due for replacement soon–often a critical point in maintaining the health of older BMW’s.

We purchased this car unseen, in Europe and unfortunately it didn’t meet up to our expectations and selling this car as a project – AS IS.
