Description of 1994 BMW 3-Series 325IS

I never thought I would be selling this Ultra Rare 1994 BMW 325is M-technic. I literally thought I would hang on to this car forever. But since moving to the city about 6 years ago, I am facing the reality that I just pay about $150/month to have this car sit in a garage. I've decided that it would be better off in another enthusiast's hands.
Message me for more pictures. I can't figure out how to include the photo bucket link in this description. If you message me, I will send you the link.
The car was originally purchased and Owned in Arizona for most of it's life. The second owner was in Connecticut for a couple years. I believe I am the 3rd owner and live in Chicago. I bought the car in 2006. It was in very good shape and all original. I had made in my mind all tasteful upgrades while trying to preserve the original features of this ultra rare BMW.
You can do your own research on this model. To sum it up:
BMW Made 150 of these M3 prototype Models offered in 1994. The M-technic Model included the following upgrades to the standard 325is. Full M-Technic Body Kit. (Bumpers, Side Skirts, Mirrors etc.) The Paint color is an M exclusive color (Alpine III White). Rare Hurricane cloth/ with Alcantara ultra suede interior., M3 Steering Wheel. The powertrain was the standard 2.5 L Inline 6 as well as the standard Getrag 5 speed manual Transmission.
I have since done some major Upgrades such as new rebuilt Fully Forged 3.2 L Stroker M3 Motor.New ZF 5-speed Transmission. RMS Stage III Supercharger & Aftercooler.
I have done a ton of upgrades and service to this car. I have only started it and drove around the block for the past few years to keep it in good shape.
Here is a list of the upgrades that I can think of:

Mods: Built s52,bored to 87.00mm,cp 8.5.1 High Comp Pistons Arrow h-beam billet rods, arp head studs, mls head gasket, combustion area polished, Complete Ferrea valve trainw/stainless 1mm oversize valves, titanium retainers, HD springs, hardened keepers Shrick cams. RMS Stage II Supercharger/Intercooler w/8 Rib pullys. RMS High Flow Fuel Pump, Porsche 803 MAF, Clutchmasters FX300. UUC v3 ssk,Koni sport Suspension, 17x8 BBS RC's. Wilwood Superlight 4 whl BBK. GC bump stops, Welded subrfame & sway bar reinforcements, strut tower reinforcement plates, Rogue RSM's, Every powerflex bushing, UUC red's with enforcers, Eibach swaybars, Mayle c/a's w full metal ball joints, Aluminum Radiator kit, Samco hoses, RMS Headers with 2.5in midpipe,Supersprint Catback Exhaust, ZKW w/ FX-R 35W 6000K, Alpine HU, hardwired for V1. Illuminated shift knob. HK 6x9's. Motion Underpanel. Stack Gauges.

I am trying to be as honest and complete with the description of the car as possible:
Overall the body is in great shape. Never any accidents (all original vin stickers on all panels). At one point I had the front bumper, front fenders and hood resprayed by a professional Auto body shop (A&L Autobody in Palatine, IL) only due to rock chips. Was repainted with the original factory color and matches perfectly.
There are probably a couple small dents on the body which could be easily repaired with pointless dent repair. 2 obvious areas I took pictures of: 1 is on the driver side pillar above the window.a fiberglass ladder that was in the garage had fallen on the car and created 2 dents from it. the 2nd area is a slight amount of surface rust just starting to form on the passenger side pillar next to the windshield. Other than that it is in great shape, I get compliments all the time when I take it to the carwash. People can not believe that it is a 1994!
I am including 2 sets of wheels. The original 17inch BBS RC041 Wheels which were just redone professionally and are off of the car.The wheels that are currently on the car are 17x8 BBS RC's and are in near perfect condition. They are wrapped in like new Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires. 245/40ZR17's all around.
Mechanically I can tell you a few items that will need to be addressed:
The ABS light and airbag light on the dash will come on intermittently. I believe this is due to faulty sensors. The Stack Guages I believe are not accurately Installed. The Parking brake does not work. The UUC Big Break Kit had some rings that they said need to be welded into the inside of the rotor hubs. These are included, but I never installed them. To be honest I am not a huge fan of this kit in general, If I were to keep the car I think I would change them out. The A/C probably needs to be looked at. Everything was working fine and replaced the system in 2012, but now It does not work. The Shocks are Koni's and were installed new in back in 2007, so may need to be looked at?The Car its self has probably close to 200,000 miles on it. The original speedometer had stopped working at some point, so I replaced it with a low mileage M3 Speedo. Shows about 79,xxx miles. The Car will run a little hot if you are sitting in traffic for a long time, Not sure what the solution is? possibly adding a bigger fan, or an Oil cooler? I noticed also there seems to be a slight coolant smell through the air vent, There is no wet spots on the carpet so I don't think it is the heater core. Just though It was worth mentioning.
Motor was built by Eurotech Automotive in Machesney Park, IL They have a video of this car on the Dyno on their Facebook page. They also did the install of the motor, new trans, and supercharger/ after cooler in 2012.
Overall The new motor/ Powertrain Supercharger only have less than 3,000 miles on them.I do think the car should be completely gone over by a certified mechanic, due to the fact that it has basically been sitting for the better part of the last 5 years with occasional startups/ short drives. That is why I am offering the car as-is. I would recommend you have the car towed and gone through before planning a long drive.
I am offering the car with no reserve, It will sell for whatever price the auction closes at.I have probably over $60,000 into the car myself.
I have the original Owners Manual, most of the service records, and 3 keys.
I am including some pictures showing the motor swap and suspension work being done. Most of the pictures I just took 3-2-17. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks.
