Description of 1992 BMW Other

THIS IS NOT A BMW - IT'S A BERTONE / BMW MIX.. but Ebay didn't have it's exact classification. I've had it for a little over a year & It's a rare vehicle that few were made of this type, from what I understand.
Now, be prepared for me to honestly disclose everything I know.. as I don't like tricks played on me, I won't play them on you.

I absolutely LOVE this vehicle, but I found out recently that Spain makes it almost impossible to buy a unique car & modify & fix it up. And so, I'm stuck with a car that has hard to find parts & pockets too shallow to try to break their legal barriers. But this vehicle drives like a tank. The motor is by BMW, V6 & runs beautifully.
I'm selling it here because I'd like to see this vehicle come to life in the right hands. So, I'm hoping that someone who wants to get a raw, beautiful vehicle to fix up will be the end buyer. And hopefully, I'll even get photos of it when it's complete. That would be great.
So, typical questions..
1). Does it run ? Yes, it drives perfectly fine. No problem starting it or driving it around.2). What immediate needs does it have ? The electric windows could function better. The rear bumper lost a piece to it recently. The tires & brakes are due to change. Beyond that, I know of nothing else this "needs".3). What's the mileage ? I've shown a picture, but since this is in kilometers & it was created in 1992/93, it's logical to assume that it's rolled over by now. So, the actual mileage is beyond my ability to know.
Other aspects of it:- Leather seats- Built-In Roll Bar- Electric defoggers, front & rear windows- Rear Window Wipers, also- Sunroof.. although it's the kid that just lifts up on one side to vent in fresh air. But that's easy to modify to a full on sunroof, if desired.- Rear door opens out to the side, not upwards or a splitback door system.- Trailer Hitch- Front Grill
