Description of 1988 BMW 7-Series 750iL

This is a 1988 BMW 750il in a no reserve auction. This is an increasingly rare BMW E32. The quality of this car shows. This car has been in my family for the last 11 years. We have owned every high powered BMW for the last 20 years. They simply don't make them like this anymore. All work and custom work has only been done at Century BMW in Greenville SC by the senior two mechanics. One of the best features of this car is the rims and tires. 15" Forged BMW "dog dish" wheels. They are incredibly light and with that taller sidewall it rides like a dream. In addition this car has Bilstein HD shocks front and rear. The rear self leveling has been removed. The car has a six month old new battery. This car has Dual Climate Control (AC works great), Heated Leather Seats (BOTH WORK GREAT!!!), No rips to the interior. Power Mirrors, leather EVERYWHERE! Full 1980s BMW computer, Projection headlights,The windows are tinted at 35%.
For those of you who don't know the E32 is far more sporting than the E38 that followed. There are a tremendous amount of upgrades available for the E32s that you can't get on an E38. They also are lighter and handle better.
As for the way the car drives. Nothing is like a V-12. It simply moves the car effortlessly. It doesn't have to rev out like the DOHC V8s or M Engines to gain speed. Its like the hills are not even there. It has so much torque right off the line. When you put it in Sport (switch by the shifter) it gives you a huge shove right off the line. It pulls like a freight train to redline and the transmission shifts beautifully. We drove this car from South Carolina to Maine and back a couple of summers ago on a epic 3 week vacation.
