Offered is a rare and beautiful 1992 BMW 525i 5-Speed Sedan with very low miles and a clean CarFax report. This vehicle has been impeccably maintained and is in as near perfect condition as you can find for this year and model. This 100% California car features the bullet proof BMW 2.5L Duel Overhead Cam Straight Six engine, a 5-Speed Overdrive Manual Transmission, Premium Package, Heated Leather Seats, Alloy Wheels, Sunroof, Tinted Glass, Power Seats, Rear Window Defroster, Air Conditioning, Power Door Locks, Antilock Brakes, Front and Rear Torsion Bar Stabilizers and more. This car has been handled with extreme care, always garaged, perfectly maintained and professionally detailed annually. (That averages out to every 5000 miles, 26 years in a row!) It runs strong and smoothly with solid handling and a very comfortable ride. The service records from the date of the original sale, along with the original manuals, tool kit and even the dealer window sticker are included. It is all original except that the stock radio has been replaced by a superior Kenwood system with Bluetooth and USB input for compatibility with modern phones.It passed California Emissions testing easily and is registered through October 2019. Title is clean, unencumbered and in hand. The most recent service items include:*5/17-New water pump, drive belts and thermostat*4/17-New Clutch and Flywheel*9/16-New fuel pump*9/15-New battery*6/14-New radiator and A/C service*Tires have about 16k miles on them and are in great shape. There is a small scuff on the rear passenger side corner near the trunk lid, (see pictures) otherwise the car is smooth and straight with hardly a blemish. The leather seats show some wear.As Nearly as I can tell this is the only issue with an otherwise near flawless car: I am the 2nd owner. I purchased this car last year from the original owner who bought it 25 miles from here where it has remained for it's entire life. He happens to be my next door neighbor, and after watching him clean the car meticulously every week, one day he mentioned he was selling and I bought it on the spot before he could list it, knowing how carefully he had cared for the car since the day he bought it. Sadly after only driving the car a few hundred miles in the past year I am selling it due to lack of space. I don't need to sell it, so serious offers ONLY!
