Description of 1988 BMW 6-Series High-line

Great fantastic unmolested 1988 BMW 635CSi (E24) with Automatic transmission, California car in very original condition with original california license plate.
I bought it from the 2'nd owner's son in-law as he purchased in 1997 and had not driven the car more than 1500 miles in the past 12 years as it sat in front of their house in Alameda, California and passed smog check every two years a mile away from their house at the smog station.
It has never been painted or in an accident, paint is fading (original paint as it has never been repainted or in any accidents) and has new Bridgestone tires with 95% tread on them in excellent condition.

No oil or fluid leaks.
All VIN stickers show and support that the vehicle is all original and never repainted to date, even on the engine block, hood, doors, fenders and trunk (as shown in pictures.
Runs and drives great with no issues, you can buy it, get in and drive it to Florida.
I own "SF EUROPEAN" in San Francisco, hence my eBay ID. I know what it could use since it sat around for the last 10 years, so I decided to replace the following items which are maintenance items:
-Water pump-Thermostat-Expansion tank-Coolant level sensor-Flushed entire engine coolant, even drained the block-Fuel filter-Air filter-Spark plugs-Distributor cap and rotor-Catrol Edge 5W-30 Synthetic oil (European formula) and filter change.-Rear trailing arm bushings-Rear sway bar links-Differential mount-Transmission mounts-Purchased new from BMW dealer: both missing front spoiler's flaps, 4 springs and painted them to match-Paid $150 California registration thru 10/2021, have receipt. New California owner will only pay $15 transfer fee for registration

Mileage is actual and odometer works. Carfax shows mileage to be correct and accident free, ask for clean Carfax report and buyback guarantee and I will reply with it
All Windows, Sunroof and lights work and there is no evidence of any leaks.

Needs:
-New muffler (Figured the new owner can decide if they want to stay stock or go with Billy boat performance stainless steel or delete the muffler)-Re-upholstering the driver's seat-Fix a few under paint, surface rust bubbles on sunroof before it gets worse ( I have taken detailed photos of the sunroof, ask and I will reply with them as eBay only allows 24 photos)California buyers will be provided with current smog check (passed smog on 7/21/2020)

P.s.; If I agree to sell for an offer lower than BIN option, I can have the muffler replaced for an additional $450 with Ansa muffler and have the driver's seat re-upholstered for an additional $650 with real leather in matching color and great quality for the buyer, it will take me a week to have it done.
