1989 BMW 325i Convertible 5 Speed Manual E30 Clean CA Title/Pink slip in hand

Current 2021 registration

Odometer shows 194k miles but stopped working

Runs and drives great but transmission makes a faint whining noise in gear and goes away when pushing clutch pedal in maybe throw out bearing?

Transmission works great no pop outs or grinds and goes into every gear smoothly

New parts/fluids: Oil and filter change, full synthetic diff fluid change, redline transmission fluid change all done last week, also has new driveshaft center support bearing i changed last month.

Has newer radiator no overheating whatsoever

Missing plastic back window for convertible top(I tarp it when it rains) and kick panel under drivers side dash

Passenger back window gets stuck

Every body panel is original all VINs match, no rust anwhere

Comes on stock bottlecap wheels and old tires keeping the Borbets
