Description of 1989 BMW 3-Series

I am looking to sell my IX. It has 4 studded snow tires which are the only tires that come with it. I bought this car about a year ago as a fun project and potential winter car. It's easily the best winter car I've ever had. This thing can't be stopped in snow. The Good:-no rust at all. very clean chassis-AWD in perfect working order-All front difficult to find or replace parts have been replaced in the last year. Axles rebuilt. new ball joints. Replaced strut housing on driver side due to bad condition of the original (very difficult to find on short notice)-New cylinder head. head gasket. water pump and timing belt. (PO poured head gasket repair and clogged the water jackets in the head. so it couldn't cool. so it cracked)-New motor mounts-New tie rods. new alignment. new catback exhaust. nbsp;-Clutch works great. but I don't know when it was last replaced. It hasn't given me trouble so I didn't mess with it-Power steering pump rebuilt. hoses replaced and using CHF11S fluid (rated better for cold weather use)The Bad-Hood is vinyl wrapped. but supposedly is the same color red underneath. I saw a red vinyl and figured the paint under it must not be good so I left the vinyl on. I have the original hood but it's in rough shape (paint fade and rust from having a bra on for years)-Needs a windshield-Has a clunk in front still. I suspect front top hats because I've replaced most everything else-Seats are torn up in the front. but the heaters do still work-No center caps-Exhaust leak in the flex pipe. Just need to take it to an exhaust shop for repair. Just haven't gotten to it yet. I'm pondering a newer car and think I will just be rid of this. It's been a fun project and she's come a LONG ways since I got her. I've definitely rescued her! She needs a little more love and she'll be an amazing car for someone.
