Description of 1972 Buick Skylark

Up for action is a 1972 Buick Skylark Custom convertible that is in need of total restoration but is complete. Exterior has rust issues on every panel so does the trunk and floors. frame looks to be solid in the normal rust areas the only soft spots is in the back rails. Bumpers are solid but the rear has a couple dents. grill is not broken and all the trim is in nice shape. convertible top is ripped but the frame is in good condition. Interior is complete does have some rips in front seat but rear seat is rip free. dash pad has no cracks. door panels have speakers cut in them rear panels are nice. Engine is a 350 4 bbl. that ran 5 years ago when parked but now when I hook a battery up to it. it just clicks so I think the starter is out on it. I can turn the engine over by hand so it is not froze up. car rolls when pushed so the brakes are not froze either. transmission is a turbo 350 3 speed automatic. This car as said will need a total restoration I usually part these cars out but this one is really original and complete and has a clear title so that is why it believe it should be saved. great winter project or father. son restoration. Local pickup is preferred but I can deliver it within a 250 mile radius of Waterford.
