1951 Buick Super Convertible 51 Series Fifty Model 56C Restored to stock, riginal condition, ody on frame restoration from a low mileage original, wned since 1996, lways stored in climate controlled garage,approximately1000 miles since completed. Many NOS (New Old Stock) parts used, verything else rechromed/rebuilt/redone. New floorboards and rocker panelsprofessionallywelded, 10,000 Geneva Green Paint Job with two stageSpies Hecker base coat/clear coat, ew leather interior, ew Haartz cloth top, ebuilt hydraulic pump, ew hydraulic cylinders throughout, ith stainless steel lines throughout converted to ATF, omplete new Harnesses Unlimited wiring harness, riginal numbers matching straight eight cylinder 320 ci engine professionally rebuilt by Automotive Precision Machine Ltd., .30 over), riginal numbers matching Dynaflow rebuilt, ecored radiator, ew heater cores (two), ll new seals, oses, ubber, rakes,etc... Original signal scanning AM radio rebuilt/restored/fully functional. Clock keeps time, ll electrical items function as they should, ights, an, eater, auges, tc... The one exception is the odometer stopped registering miles at 32499 but the speedometer works. Over the years it has a few drips under the engine and transmission, ostly caused by non-use, ut I replaced the valve cover gasket over last winter and it is much improved. The torque ball gasket is notorious for leaking on these Dynaflows and mine is going to need replacement eventually. It is a sixty-four year old car so the technology used was not up to today's standards. Cosmetically it appears as good as the pictures show it to be, he paint is gorgeous, nd the interior/top well done.On the hood there are a few pin prick bubbles near the hood ornament if you really look for them and a couple along the edge of the hood. Additionally I have touched up a couple knicks and minor scratches over the years. Selling due to the fact that we rarely drive it. Willing to work with your shipping company to load it once transaction completed.
