1-Owner, ocally Purchased and Owned in Portland, nly 23,593 original miles, eautiful Red Original Paint in excellent condition, ew White Power Top, riginal White Interior in excellent condition with no rips or tears, 50 cubic inch Buick V8 with a 2-barrel carburetor, -speed Automatic Transmission, anual Windows, M/FM Stereo, nd clean Title. The Wipers, ignal Indicators, azards, an, efrost and Gauges all work. The front and rear windows all roll down easily and the seals are in excellent condition. The Stereo has been upgraded to a digital stereo with Aux input, t has a period correct face plate that reads Buick so it looks stock. The carpet, pholstery, nterior, isors and top are all in great condition, ith little signs of wear. The exterior chrome is pristine, o pitting or surface rust anywhere. It starts on the first try and idles smoothly. It is surprising how smoothly this Buick Drives. It is owned locally and came to us through Superior Performance, hey specialize in Restorations and Hot Rods. They were very impressed with the condition and originality of it as well as how well it runs. They would be a great shop to do a pre purchase inspection, hich we would encourage anyone buying this car to do ahead of time. We have no concerns with any of the cosmetic or mechanical conditions. This 1971 Buick Skylark convertible is an exceptional survivor with original paint. The bodywork is straight and has no signs of accidents or rust repair. The doors open and close well, nd all the fit, lignment and gaps are what you would expect from the factory. The chrome is original, mblems, lass and lenses are nice and the car presents as a high quality original. The white interior is a great match with the red exterior. The seat covers are original without any split seams or apparent wear on the seating surfaces and the foam underneath remains firm and supportive. The carpets are original as are the door panels, oth in excellent condition. The steering wheel is cracking and probably should be replaced. The trunk is finished with factory spatter paint and the original mat. The white power top was recently replaced, orks superbly, atching without any problems and tucking neatly under a black boot. The 350 cubic inch V8 has 230hp, tarts quickly and is energetic and smooth. Under the hood is mostly original style hardware, ith a factory air cleaner with "350-2", enoting the 2-barrell carburetor. It's not ready for show in preservation classes, ut with a little cleanup it has the potential to do great. The TH350 3-speed automatic shifts smoothly, he suspension and brakes have been well maintained. This car could easily be driven any distance without a concern. The original manual, eys, ales invoice, ales handouts, egistration and radio are available at the time of purchase.
