Description of 1970 Buick Skylark GS

You are looking at a very clean 1970 Buick GS coupe - One of 9948 GS coupes built that year. Car was born with a 350 c. i. engine but previous owner upgraded it with a period correct 455 c. i. The mileage (48. 00 miles) is believed to be true since the car was stored for a long period of time (therefore battery tray is corroded from acid leak) - I purchased the car from second owner. The transmission is automatic with B&M floor shifter - also courtesy of previous owner. This car was originally 4-speed manual (as noted in Sloan Longway documentation from Troy MI). Original Carburetor was replaced with Holley brand. The car was built in Fremont CA and spent her whole life in Oregon & California and now in Nevada. Following options were chosen by original owner: 4-Speed Manual Floor Shift Transmission (Consolette). Power Disc Breaks. Power Steering. AM/FM Radio. Rear Speaker. Wide Oval White Billboard Lettered Tires G70-14 (now White Lettered Dunlop). Positive Traction Differential. Heavy Duty Energizer. Rallye Ride Control Package. Forced Comort-Flo Ventilation. Heavy Duty Cooling. Soft Ray Tinted Glass. Rear Window Defroster. Engine Block Heater. Heavy Duty Air Cleaner. Door Guards. Remote Control Outside Rear View Mirror. Super Sport Wheels. Rallye Steering Wheel and few more. This is non-A/C car. Car still wears original paint (few areas might have been repainted) - Gulfstream Blue (no vinyl roof). Paint has few scratches but is very presentable. All the trim is on the car and only pieces that have some pittings are vertical chrome pieces on the rear windows. Interior (Blue - 181) is all original with no rips or tears (not even on driver's seat). The Rallye Steering Wheel is in mint condition - no cracks. Seat belts are all in place. Radio and rear speakers were replaced but the original AM/FM (option) radio is included. Original Jack and Crow Bar in almost untouched condition (not repainted) are in the trunk. Original owners manual and dealer brochures go with the car. Sloan Longway documentation is included as well as Soft Trim Broadcast Sheet found inside the rear seat - this indicates good storage (no rodents got inside the car). 99% rust free car with amazingly clean (dent free) body - the only small rust spot is behind the wheel well of the driver side quarter panel (see the last pic). The car is a great driver. Car is being sold as is without warranties of any kind. Feel free to inspect vehicle and drive it - schedule appointment and contact me with any additional questions. Winning bidder to pay $250. 00 payment within 24 hours that is non-refundable and contact seller. BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING . I WILL ASSIST IN GETTING CAR LOADED.
