Up for bid is my 1971 GS 455 . I purchased this car in 2005 . I did a home restoration . I have been driving this car for about 5 summers and take it to local car shows. Its not perfect and could use some work but it is nice and has won a few shows. This car has power steering, brakes, windows, N25 rearbumper, and ram air hood. I am only listing this car 1 time so ask ?s if needed. I am getting a lot of questions so I wanted to add some info. The interior is all redone front buckets are correct make and model PUI but the rear are 1971 Chevelle PUI redone, (seats I already had). The back window or back glass has scratches in it . I wanted to replace it but never found a good window. 1970-1972 has a different rear window than Cevelles and they are hard to find. They are now reproducing the back window for the Buick GS. The shifter is a Hurst aftermarket ratchet shifter. I replaced the carpet also but it did not lay flat and I cut it short at the shifter. The car has the original engine and trans but the rear differential is a Chevy 12 bolt with 308 gears. I rebuilt the engine mostly stock. I did some modifications to oiling system. I put in a distributor oilie, a oil galley bypass at rear of engine and a high volume oil pump. The engine is mostly stock it has a Poston Buick GS-116 cam with high rev lifters,Cloyes double roller timing gear set and elderbrock intake. I have the original cast 4bbl intake,console,and shifter that goes with car. The original color was rosewood brown with black top. This is a original GS 455 that came from factory w/bucket seat interior. I also want to add this was a AC car but the previous owner took it out it has a Chevelle heater in it now. I have the AC controls and the ac heater box if buyer wants it. Lots of AC parts would have to be found and bought to make it work. Thanks for looking
