I'm selling my 1967 Buick Skylark barn find patina convertible. It has the Buick 300ci V8 with a 2 barrel carb and a 2 speed Powerglide Auto. Surprisingly economical! Two years ago after finding this car in a local barn it had the body off, engine rebuilt, new fuel system, new brake system, new cooling system, new tires, new stainless exhaust, new body bushes, new battery, new alternator, new convertible top. All bushes/bearings axles etc.. have been serviced and re-greased. The body and interior are original, I chose not to restore as I like the patina look. The car is all numbers matching, I have the original wire wheel hubcaps and fender skirts which go with the car. I recently moved house and I have no garage so unfortunately she has to go. You can jump in this car and drive anywhere, all gremlins have been totally sorted out. I used it as a daily driver for the last two driving seasons. Lots of beach trips with the kids! The speedo cable just broke so the speedo is not working, the car is several shades of gold: matt, satin and shiny.There is bondo, body rust etc., but the car is mechanically perfect. All lights, horn, wipers etc work. If you're looking for a fun, affordable, no headaches, classic 6 passenger convertible, you've just found it. I can deliver the car to Lewiston/Buffalo NY at no charge for a US buyer. |
