Description of 1946 Cadillac Convertible 2-Dr

Thiscadillac hasundergone throughextensive restoration from professional body work to new paint, motor was rebuilt after purchase from original owner in Washington state 2 years ago. The motor was pulled out during restoration to change all fluids, head gaskets and oil pan gaskets, and cleaned up for epoxy paint. The car runs strong andshifts smoothly, and is rust free. The only rust was at the passenger side rearfender where a small section of the rear part of the fender was cut our to patch with sheet metal. The original owner used the car mainly for car shows and parades.
Thefollowing is a list of the major restoration work done in addition to those noted above:
(1)re-chromed exterior front and back bumpers, grill, and moldings. Most of interior parts were rechromed. (2)all new window and quarter glass(3)all new weatherstripping(4)new upholstery for two side door panels and carpet(5)new stainless 52-spoke Kelsey Hayes style wheels made in the USA with new wide white wall Coker tires.
The car isstill 6 volts with hydraulic power windows, seats and top but the pump need to be pump located at the firewall will need to be rebuilt so the two windows, seat and top does not work but the top can bemanually open and close. Reason I have not rebuilt the pump is that any buyer intheir right mind will convert this car to electric windows and top, and upgrade to a 12 volt conversion for reliability. I can have this done at the buyer's choice at additional cost of $5k before pick up.
The amp meter and speedo works; thefuel, temp and pressure gauges, radio and clock do not work. Any questions please email. the video of the carrunning you can copy this into address baryoutube.com/watch?v=ynshEUPwbOo

Sorry for therepetitive descriptions above, stupid Ebaywon't allow to revise any grammatical corrections on theoriginal description but can only add to it. So I would like to add other work to themotor not described above:rebuiltstarter and generator, rebuilt mechanicalfuel pump, new hard fuel lines, new spark plugs and new belts. The carburetor was rebuilt by theprevious owner about 1 yr and half ago when I purchased the car. Thebattery is a new and is 8 volts to give more juice for start up. Also anelectronicfuel primer pump was added so the car starts right up.
