Description of 1985 Cadillac Eldorado Biarritz

1985 Cadillac Eldorado Biarritz convertible. This car has a straight body with minor surface rust and the top is in excellent condition. I purchased this car about 7 months ago and simply haven’t had the time to work on it and with very little work can be a real gem. The car turns over but Wont start, my guess s a fuel pump and it seems they crossed up the wires, for example I attempted to let the top down but the window came down instead and when I spoke to a guy who does electrical work said that is was a easy fix. If you want to own a classic car for not a lot of money this is the car for. Thanks for looking
