Description of 1963 Chevrolet Corvair Monza 900

Selling my rare 1963 Chevy Corvair four door sedan. This is a Monza 900 model with the 110 hp dual carb engine. Car also comes with an extra 110 hp engine I bought for parts. I bought this to restore. but no longer have the time to work on it. It runs pretty well. but needs a good tuning. Leaks oil around the oil cooler. I bought new oil cooler seals. but haven't installed. The car has right around 100K on it. I bought it because it is 100% complete with only small amounts of rust. It will start and drive around with no problem. Original Powerglide automatic transmission. Lots of paint peeling off the roof and hood. I started removing some of the roof rust and priming over as you can see in the photos. Car has no notable damage. body and frame are straight with no rust through. Somebody got into the wiring harness and it needs straightened out. They made roughly only 30. 00 Corvair sedans in 1963 and the car would be pretty valuable once restored. The Monza 900 was the top of the line only under the Spyder in 63. The only difference between the two was the addition of the turbo to the engine and the dash panel. The interior is very nice. All of the seats are good with no cracks or tears. No dry rotting and very soft and pliable. Corvair comes with the extra engine that is actually a manual. Do not know if it runs. I think it has a stuck valve. Oil cooler seals. carb rebuild kit and unisync to syncronize the two carbs. There are some other random extra parts in the trunk as well. Prior owner put new brakes all around before I bought it as well as a new battery. Car will need to be trailered from my location to yours. A $500 deposit is required within 48 hours of purchase.
