Up for sale is my 1968 Pro Touring Chevelle. It is a very rare 2 door post car. This vehicle went through a full frame off restoration a little over 6 years ago and the underside of the car is as clean as the top. This was a professional restoration. and mostly everything is new. The car was dynoed at 411hp and 427 ft lbs of torque at the rear wheels. It runs great and starts without a problem every time. It drives like it is on rails. and has more than enough power. I love this car and it gets compliments wherever it goes. This is a high quality driver. it is not just a show vehicle. I just don't have the time to enjoy/drive the car as much as I would like. It is located in Surprise. AZ and it is being sold AS IS with absolutely no warranty. Full Disclosure: There are a few flaws on the vehicle: The paint is not perfect. there are a few defects (no major dents. scratches besides a small peeling section in the passenger door jam) The outside door handles do not work properly. The doors open perfectly from the inside. but I don't think all of the linkage was installed for the outer handles. Also the hood spring is too large causing the hood to sit about 1/4 inch higher than it should. The last time the car was jetted/timed was in Colorado at 7. 00 feet. so it is running a little right at 3. 00 in AZ. And finally. the mirrors. both rear view and side. the glass does not stay in position. But Mechanically the vehicle is perfect. I just don't want there to be any surprises for the buyer.
