Description of 1951 Chevrolet Other Pickups

1951 Chevy truck. 3100. Has 235 inline 6. 3 spd on the column shift. Nice clean interior. New gauges and wiring. Upholstery is nearly new condition. Windows roll up and down smoothly. Doors open and shut very nice. Glass has no cracks. Mechanically it runs smooth and doesn't smoke or use oil. The trans is tight and shifts good. the clutch is in great working condition. I recently had a new radiator core installed. Brakes work extremely good. All of the lights and electrical work. Good rubber with lots of tread. Exhaust system is solid with no leaks. The body has no rust and is straight. The paint shines very nice although it is thin on the drivers door if you look carefully. Probably from buffing.. Overall this is a nice looking drivable cruiser. It has it's nicks and scratches here and there from being driven, mainly in the bed area, it looks like someone had used it to haul a few things. It needs a couple of things... some interior trim and a kick panel, he fuel gauge works when it wants, eeds some trim in the bed bolted, the trim is there. Overall this is a great truck to start enjoying as is or a darn good start to hot rod it. Save yourself the time and expense of getting a rust bucket to fix up and buy this one. I've tried to explain this truck as best I can. If you have questions please ask. Shipping is the buyers responsibility. Please only bid if you intend on buying it. Clean and clear title.

I'll add this description and 2 pictures because of the question"has there beenrust repair"? I can find no areas of rust repair, having said that there is a piece of metal that has been laid on the passenger floor board and a spot of undercoating underneath in the corresponding area.I don't believe this was a rust repair because everything underneath looks so good. My belief is someone did it because of a thin area or the area was heavily pitted and the undercoating spot underneath was for the same reason. Being that this is an area where some ones foot or heel would be positioned while riding makes me think they wanted a little extra support if in fact it was a thin or pitted area. I can't find or think ofany other reason for it.Underneath everything looks solid. Any questions please ask.
