Description of 1929 Chevrolet Other Pickups

1929 Chevrolet 1.5 ton Truck - Project vehicle.

Already mocked up and fitted 350 SBC engine with 350TH trans and 8.5" rear end. (All from a 1983 Chevy truck and should be rebuilt)

Solid tube motor mount cross member and transmission mount. Powered front disk brakes, ear drums. Lowered 4" straight front axle.

Frame is perfectly straight and no cancer, ust minor surface patina.

Original Metal front fenders andrunning boards. I have one originalrear fender, he other is missing.

Original Honey Comb radiator and housing.

Original Engine cover/hood.

Original Front cowl and dashwith flip windshield and original instrument cluster. The original VIN tag / Data plate is on the cowl, herefore this can be registered as a 1929 vehicle.

Original Steering column.

Body pieces are in good shape with the original paint. The only cancerous rust is on the running boards.

PLEASE NOTE - THE CAB ON THE BODYIN THE PICTURESIS NOT INCLUDED. The reasons for this are 1) It was '31 ford cab, ) It didn't fit correctly, ) It was so rusted you need a tetnis shot just to look at it, 4 the 4" chop on it was done by a hack, and did I mention it was a Ford? The cab was already sold to another party.

The pictures show everything as I mocked it up, t will make a great project for someone. A truly awesome hot rod or rat rod. Fords are everywhere, ut there are not many Chevy trucks out there.

The cab and bed will have to be purchased or fabricated. I was going to fab them, nd make it a roadster, ut just don't have the time or resources as I have a '47 and '49 Ford in the works. My loss is your gain.

The vehicle is located in La Habra, a.

I have all the history/data on the vehicle and components including original build location. It is a Californiatruck all its life.
