Description of 1963 Chevrolet Corvette

1963 CORVETTE SPLIT WINDOW
This 1963 Split Window is NOT FUEL INJECTED. In the chain of ownership the Fuel Injection emblems had been placed on the car. Research indicates in was born a 340 h.p. and has it's original higher rev tach. This Corvette is in excellent shape with a perfect NO HIT or BUMPED body. All chrome,stainless and glass are excellent. According to the trim tag it was originally Sebring Silver the paint was changed to Riverside Red and is beautiful. The engine is a N.O.M.,however is a 1968 Corvette 350 c.i.d.
The photos show the car with reproduction Knock-Off which I have since removed and placed the original (restored) correct 1963 spinner hubcaps back on the car. The K O's that were on it were the very first type of repro's and are made of a hard flexible rubber and fit to the rim like hubcap........didn't like them!
It has received a brand new correct radiator(cooling system flushed prior to installing the new radiator, ew hoses and belts, ew water pump, nd the alternator rebuilt. Tires are excellent, owever may want to replace them due to their age. Still the same they are nice tires!
These ICONIC Split Window Coupes continue to rise rapidly in value! Reason......only one year of production and the very first year for the Corvette Stingray. Simply a nice example of the infamous SPLIT WINDOW CORVETTE!
