Description of 1978 Chevrolet Blazer Cheyenne

This 78 Blazer was built from 79-79 as a show circuit rig. Has all original paint except for the white along the side. it was re-painted about 30 years ago. she is rust free which is rare in itself. this old girl is a one of a kind build. so many extras you just cant list them all. but I will give the basics of the build. a lot of this rig was built with sponsorship. after nearly 25 years of in-door storage it was brought back to life by a local shop for me. I have had her for several years. with the continued health issues. I am still downsizing. also harder for me to get in and out of. she needs to be buffed and a complete detail. but otherwise. all drivetrain has been freshened and ready to go. this is not a highway rig. she is geared low and built for show. a great rig at nearly on tenth of the cost to build. not looking for trades other than Corvettes. here is the basic build:Chevrolet Blazer Owner Provided Description1978 CHEVY BLAZER 4X4: PROFESSIONALLY BUILT HAND FABRICATED DOUBLE FRAME. I do have some pics of the original suspension build. with the body off that I can send to interested parties. I will also end the auction for a reasonable offer as I need to sell. but it is not a fire sale. low ball offers etc will be ignored. ALSO. I HAVE A NEW SET OF WHITE SPOKE WHEELS WITH 30-40% TIRES THAT I CAN SELL ON THE BLAZER INSTEAD OF THE IROCS TO MAKE TRANSPORT EASIER. BUT IT IS BEING SOLD AS SHE SITS. WILL TAKE A LITTLE LESS WITH THE SMALL TIRES ETC. WE CAN TALK. THE BLAZER MEASURES 8' 7" tall. standard length and slightly wider than stock. On Nov-23-14 at 08:14:18 PST. seller added the following information: I know everyone would love to make the buy of the Century and steel this rig. but sorry to say. shes been in the family so long. don't really care if she goes or not. I can part it out (which would be crazy) and make more than selling for whats being bid. So just to let you all know. it takes a whole lot more to buy a $90K rig than a few grand!!! I appreciate all the offers and questions. also all the kind words and great comments. I will see it for a reasonable offer. and will even end the auction. but as I say. if it wasn't for health issues. I wouldn't sell her at all. way too much fun!!! So. thanks again. Comes out in a National Ad this next month.
