This rig was built by Frontline Emergency vehicles out of FL. Lots of aluminum diamond plate and the entire rear box is aluminum. No major dents in body or cab. Tilting hood is fiberglass. I have the build sheets from the factory, s well as service manuals.
It is an old truck, nd could use little cosmetic fixes here and there, ut in great shape for being 30 years old and mechanically sound. It was parked inside most of its life, o this is not an old rusted out rig.
I insure this rig through Hagerty as it qualifies as a collector vehicle given its age and history. For a full replacement policy and an insured value of $5000, nsurance costs me $200/yr. And you don't need a Commercial Drivers License given it's gross vehicle weight rating is less than what is 26,001 lbs. Anyone with a driver's license can drive this rig.Recorded a night video to show the lights and so you could hear one of the many sirens.
