1959 Apache
Up for auction is a bad ass Chevy Apache Resto Mod. Dont let the patina fool you, his is no rusty thrown together rat rod pickup. This is a completely restored resto mod truck with patina paint. Everything has been gone through on this truck and it is ready to go! If you dont like attention, his isnt the truck for you. It has had all the right modern upgrades that make it a joy to drive. Someone is going to love owning and driving this truck.
Lots of time and lots of money went it to getting this truck where it is today.
Get the patina look everyone is after, ithout all the other issues that come with rust! This truck has power steering, ower brakes, C, uel injection, nd gets over 20mpg! It is fast, un, nd reliable.
This is a very solid truck that had been in Oklahoma fror many years. The truck is super solid underneath! Floors look to be original and are in awesome shape.
Every piece of brightwork on the truck was replaced including front and rear bumpers, rill, eadlight bezels, oth mirrors, oor handles, iper bezels, iper arms, aillights, nd tailgate chains.
This truck has some awesome patina paint! Lots and lots of hours were spent getting the truck to look like it does. This isn't a quicky scuff down patina job. It was disassembled and painted apart. After body work, he truck was primed, locked, nd sealed. Then the entire truck was shot in Dupont base coat. The Jambs, ash, nterior, irewall, nd wheels were shot with gloss clear. The exterior was finished in a matte clear after the patina was applied. The truck looks incredible and must be seen in person to appreciate.
This Apache is powered by a late model fuel injected LS motor and 4L60E electronic overdrive trans. The drivetrain has only 60k miles on it and came from a 2004 Yukon. The motor is an aluminum headed LM7 and runs excellent! It has no knocks, icks, aps, moke, r leaks. It runs cool even with the air on in 100 degree heat. It has a Kwick Performance AC compressor mount. It uses a professionally built stand alone harness setup. It breathes through a set of headers and a Borla exhaust that is 3" all the way back. The truck sounds mean! At the time the motor was installed it received new belts, oses, lugs, ires, tc. The truck starts with a bump of the key and has been very reliable. The tranny shifts smooth and has no leaks either. The truck has a brand new fuel system including the pump, ine, nd tank.
The truck has a Nova front subframe that was professionally installed. It was done correctly. It has power steering and power disc brakes. The front end, rakes, nd other wear items were replaced. The trucks rides and handles very nice. It tracks straight down the road and doesn't pull, onder, r do anything out of the ordinary. It really is a great driving truck.
When you open the door you will find a completely new interior. The Jambs, ash, oof, nd all the metal inside the cab was stripped clean and shot is base/clear. The seat has been upholstered in white vinyl with black and white houndstooth inserts. The headliner, loor mat, and isors are new and are done in black. Every single piece of chrome on the inside is new including the gauge bezel, ear view mirror, ome light bezel, ent window latches, ll dash knobs, adio knobs, indow cranks, oor handles, tc. An ididit tilt column was installed. A 59 Impala style steering was was used. Every piece of hardware inside the truck is new and all stainless steel. A retro style digital radio was installed in the factory radio opening with speakers hidden in the left and right vent openings. The radio sounds nice and looks good in the dash. A Lokar shifter was installed with a billet Lokar boot ring.
Dakota Digital VHX gauges monitor everything and work perfectly. They have integrated turn signal indicators, igh beam indicator, nd check engine light. An ODBii port in mounted under the dash and can be plugged in and scanned with any ODBii scanner. A new Gen iV Vintage Air system was installed and works awesome. A modern style wiper system was installed and works just as it should. The truck has working headlights, aillights, urn signals, orn, ipers, tc.
The truck as all new weatherstripping and seals up nicely. The vent window assemblies were disassembled and redone with new glass, eals, hrome handles, nd repainted frames. The side glass window frames were repainted. The windshield and windshield seals are brand new.
The truck rolls on a set of staggered Wheel Vintique smoothies that were shot in base clear. New ribbed trim rings and center caps were added. The tires are new staggered Coker Radial wide white walls.
This truck is a joy to drive! It runs, rives, nd operates very well. It cruises interstate speeds all day long with no trouble. The truck is very easy to drives and is safe and reliable. Its comfortable in the cab is nice and tight. It is not loose and rattley. The AC works flawlessly and keeps the cab nice and cold. The heat and defrost work perfectly as well. It doesn't drive like a 55 year old truck!
Overall this is a killer truck that is ready to hop in and enjoy! Weather you looking for a show truck, aily driver, r a promotional piece (would look cool with some logos on the doors) this truck is sure to please.

I encourage any interested buyer to come see the truck in person.
