Description of 1958 Chevrolet Other Pickups

This is a 1958 Chevy truck that I've only had for about 6 months. My plan was to turn it into a rat rod. I don't have the time to finish it. It does start, nd the trans will shift through all the gears when the rear end is raised on jack stands. The brakes still need work. It has a new master cylinder, ut the rear brakes won't bleed. I bought it from a guy in Illinois who bought it from another guy in Tennessee. Its currently in Kouts, ndiana and available for your inspection. The guy I bought it from couldn't tell me too much about any modifications. Here's what I know about modifications: The front suspension/frame was sections with an early 70s GM truck, o it has coils in the front now, long with power steering and disc brakes. The rear end is not original, ut I'm not sure what its out of. Still has drum brakes in the rear. The steering column is from a 70-80s Cadillac. The body is original, ut has some filler at the cab corners, he front fenders, nd the doors. I have new cab corners that will be included. New parts since I bought it include: battery, any ignition parts (coil, oints, ct), ebuilt carb, uel tank and sending unit, uel lines, uel pump, ims and whitewall tires ($1200 through Summit). Things that I know for sure it still needs: wire harness (many lights don't work and a lot of the wiring is hacked together), rakes (at least get them bled), ody work/paint, indshield and drivers side glass are cracked.

Its far from perfect, ut is close to being drivable. Ask any questions before bidding. You are welcome to look at it in person in Kouts, ndiana (northwest corner). This is a no reserve auction, o the highest bidder takes it!
