Description of 1938 Chevrolet Other

1938 Chevy Master Series Cabriolet

One of 2787 built and its estimated that 30 exist. Car could be returned to stock with a sedan parts car or finished as a street rod.

Many New Parts:

Grille, unning Boards and Covers, onvertible Top Material and Window, /font>

Headlight and Tail Light Lenses, illet Dash Bezel with VDO Gauges, ide Moldings, ood Emblem, adiator and Condenser, tainless Fuel Tank, tc

Body is straight and solid but needs media blasting. Floor has been replaced. Panel fit on doors, umble lid, ood and fenders are good. The only rusted thru part is the chin panel under the grille. Vent window assemblies, ranks and door glass are included along with upper rumble seat cushion and front seat. Convertible top frame appears complete but is stuck from sitting. Wiper motor and wiper transmission are included along with rare spare tire cover and mount. Engine is a 1970 Monte Carlo 350, BBL, 00Hp along with a Turbo 350 and GM 10 Bolt 2.76 Posi Axle. Steering column is also out of a Monte Carlo. Front suspension is Mustang II with strut bars and power rack. Engine will start with jumper wires and gas poured into the holley. Car is not wired. Starter motor drive and ring gear are noisy. Car has no bumpers but the brackets are included along with a set of driving lights. Car has spent time in Nebraska and North Carolina before coming to Minneapolis in 2005 and sitting in a heated warehouse. There is clean title in my name along with matching vin tag and data plate.
