According to the Internet, hey made 362 Choo-Choo Customs in 1987. Choo Choo Customs was an authorized company to take a stock El Camino and add the fiberglass front end with hood scoop, he side pipes (which are for show only) and a lot of badging. Look at a stock El Camino and compare with this one to see the difference.CLEAR CAR-FAXOn Oct-21-15 at 20:08:06 PDT, eller added the following information:

I had some questions about the condition of the frame and floors. Today I had the El Camino on an overhead lift and the floors and the frame are excellent. There is no rust on the floors at all; the floor under the passenger's area was undercoated, ith some starting to peel. There is little rust on the frame back around the rear axle but the the overall is MUCH better than I thought.
The bed must have had a fabric cover on it at one time because there are snaps down both sides of the bed. The touch up paint around each snap is poorly done and needs be redone. The surface rust in the bed occurs where the floor meets the front of the bed.
And lastly, he transmission is a turbo 200 metric, ot a turbo 350 as I said initially.
