This 1978 Silver Anniversary Corvette I am offering for sale is extraordinarily original. I doubt one could find a better example in this highly desirable color combination with the L82 engine and these options than this factory original with just 15 miles on the odometer.

Purchased in 1978 at HopkinsChevrolet in New Carlisle OH. My father bought and traded many 1978 Corvette Pace Cars and SilverAnniversaries. He thought the Silver Anniversary paint scheme was more appealing than the Indy Pace Car edition at the time, specially with Red Leather Interior, o he kept and stored this one for 30+ years. As a kid, would drive it around our dealership, arking it outside on display and to/from where it was garaged.

These iconic Corvettes were built in St. Louis MO. Vehicle performance, it, nd finish in manufacturing was low quality during that era of production. Nonetheless, hey were an American Dream to own then and today their style is as popular as ever!If you know anything about these cars, ou know how rare this specific Corvette is as new in the box with only 15 miles! The Indy Pace Cars with ultra low miles are a little easier to find in my opinion. Recent sales history of comparable cars during 2014 & 2015 at collector auctions show sales prices from $68,000 to $77,500.

Whoever isfortunate enough to purchase this time capsule withincomparablevehicle history will need to have the resources to transport to its new home. It starts and runs, ut should not be driven. I'm contemplating the idea of consigning at a collector car auction, owever, he logistics and transaction fees for both Buyers & Sellers are relatively expensive.
