Description of 1968 Chevrolet Chevelle

1968 CHEVELLE MALIBU CONVERTIBLE. great running and looking car. has original interior and carpet. all chrome is original top must have been replaced at one time looks perfect . conv motor works great. alittle cleaning on the top maybe. solid trunk and floors. last few years i have replaced radiator. brakes. gas tank. shocks. dual exhaust with cherry bombs [ nice loud rumble] tires in very good shape spare tire never used. it has a special engine police car only application casting # 3970010 suffix code cmj date f6 made in 74 75 76 only large journal 350 with special heads. holley alumimn intake and carb. a beefed up power glide. plenty of horses and alot of fun to drive. everything works wipers . eat . horn. key buzzer. backup and licsend plate lites ect. the doors look like someone reworked the inside bottoms . and need some adjustment i guess . i see the frame under the passenger front door has been reinforced . not sure what that is . no driving issues. if the car sits for several months a tiny oil spot is visible. i pulled the car out of the garage didnt secure the boot but it fits. not sue if you can see the body tag the color is pnt L teal blue metallic looks more like med blue metallic. long way from show car but alot of fun in the summer. thanks for looking im retired so i can show or answer any questions quickly.
