Description of 1974 Chevrolet C/K Pickup 1500 Custom Deluxe K10 |

Selling my 1974 Chevy K10 equipped with a smog exempt 350 V8 engine, speed turbo hydromatic transmission and full time four wheel drive. It is a "Custom Deluxe" fleet-side equipped with most of the heavy duty options from the factory. It also has factory air conditioning but is currently non operable. This is a Detroit shipped truck, ssembled at the Fremont plant near San Jose, alifornia where it was then delivered and sold to its first happy owner from Prospect Motors in Jackson, A. The truck has spent some of its life up in the mountainous ranch areas near Santa Cruz, A and did acquire some rust on the door corners, ocker panels and a little on the tail of the bed area(Please see pictures). The tailgate was taken off while the truck was used as a 'feed push' for grain and hay and unfortunately the gate suffered some damage throughout the years but will be included with the truck upon sale. The power steering option still operates fine but it's showing signs of wear with some play in the box possibly due to the pit man arm or box itself. The truck starts and runs good but it could use a tune up soon. The front axle is a Dana 44 with disc brakes and stops just fine with the rear axle being a GM 12 bolt, oth at 3.73 gearing. The interior is in pretty good condition for being 41 years old with the original factory bench seat still intact. All interior and exterior lights work. All the glass is good, lean, nd original with no cracks or chips. It is missing a radio knob, he wipers work but the sprayers do not. The heater works good and vents push heat through just fine. I have the factory build sheet, indow sticker and warranty paper work that also go with the truck. This would make a cool daily driver, estoration project, ff road 4x4 project, anch truck or what ever you please.
