Description of 1955 Chevrolet Bel Air/150/210

Partially restored 4 door 1955 210 wagon. Top has been stripped and primed. Front fenders have been removed, tripped and "brows" cut out due to rust, ew brows are for sale on eBay for $65 ea. Inner fenders have been stripped, ealed and painted. Floors have been patched in the past, sealed them and installed heat shield material. Front seats are from a Pathfinder, ear seat is original and needs recovered. Rear inside area has been cleaned, ealed and coated w/truck bed liner. Glass is original and 2 door windows need replaced. Interior has been removed, ll parts are inside the car. All outside trim is inside the car. No front bumper, ood rear bumper. Tailgate has been stripped and will need body work, ooks like it was bent by letting it rest on the bumper. New retractor cables have been installed.

Engine is a standard bore 1967 4 bolt 427. The numbers show it was installed in a couple of different cars including a Vette. New rod and main bearings and high flow oil pump installed. Runs good oil pressure. Heads were removed, leaned, alves reseated and new valve stem seals installed. Has Edlebrock Torker intake and 4 BBL carb. Original exhaust manifolds. No exhaust pipes. Newer model 5 speed GM trans, ew clutch and pressure plate. New starter, lternator, rake drums and shoes on front, ewer model GM rear end w/disc brakes and air shocks on rear. Front end is in good condition w/new upper bushings. Bearings replaced as needed and new seals installed. Drive shaft was extended after installing the 427 due to the engine setting farther forward, ill need a new drive shaft.(I have not driven the car since installing the 427 but it will move as is.)

New front 14" tires on American mags, lder tires on 8" x 15" American mags on rear.

Lights work, linkers work, as gauge works. Original AM radio installed, ot hooked up. No windshield wiper motor. Gauge cluster is removed now as I was checking out the electrical system.

Front cap is now removed from car as I was restoring the fenders. Hood is in good condition, ill need to be stripped like the rest of the car. Front grill has been blasted and powder coated black. All new parts that I have will be included in the sale.

Really clean 55 wagon that needs to be finished. I need the cash to start a new business or I would not let this one go!
