Description of 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air/150/210

1957 Chevy Bel Air 4 door. I am selling this for my brother; unfortunately, probably know more about it then he does. Power steering and brakes recently added along with new tires. Paint was recently done and is in nice shape. I do not know what size the engine is but appears to be a small block Chevy. The car runs well and seems to shift fine. There is no rust that I can find and the car has been in a dry climate for some time.
I have driven the car for a couple of weeks now and have found a couple of minor things that should be addressed. The belts for the alternator and power steering pump are loose and will need to be replaced as they are not the correct size and can't be tightened any further. The factory fuel gauge and temp gauge do not appear to be working. One of the fuses blew and needed to be replaced; it has not occurred again but should probably be investigated further.
Cosmetically, here is a small 2 inch scrape in the front left hand side of the bumper. There is a half dollar size paint flaw near the right hand front door handle. There is also some other small imperfections in some of the trim but I would consider them minor.
The restoration of the car appears to be well done and the original restorer of the car had told my brother that he had invested over $35k. I did not include the miles as they are probably not actual.
Please email a phone number to have additional questions answered. If questions are not asked prior to bidding it will be assumed that you are satisfied with the vehicle being described as-is. This is a 60+ year old vehicle and will drive and have problems as such.
Shipping will need to be arranged by the buyer and the item will not be shipped until payment is received in full. PayPal deposit is required upon auction end with final payment received within 7 days. I will simply say all bidders need to follow the eBay user agreement. I have been an eBay member for over 10 years and do not take lightly non-paying bidders, idders that ask relevant questions after bidding or bidders that do not abide by the rules of eBay.
Title and Bill of Sale will be signed by my brother and sent overnight once payment is verified. Do not ask to have the title left blank as it will be assigned to the winning bidder. If you will be having someone bid for you, lease notify me prior to placing any bids. IF YOU HAVE LITTLE TO NO FEEDBACK PLEASE CONTACT ME PRIOR TO BIDDING.
Last but not least, have set a fairly low reserve; again, lease do not bid unless you are ready to buy. I may choose to sell to the highest bidder at any time or lower the reserve. If the reserve is not met I will speak to my brother, evaluate and relist. Do not ask to purchase outside of eBay as I feel this protects both you and I. With that said the car is for sale locally and I could end the auction early if I find a local buyer that I can deal with fave to face. Good luck to all!
