Description of 1967 Chevrolet Chevelle Malibu

This is a really great car. and is in excellent condition. It has always been adult owned. with only 92K original miles!! All original interior. dash. glass. and trim. everything inside is real nice and as good as it looks in the pictures. It has had one repaint about 10 years ago in the original color. Paint and trim are in excellent to show condition. I have replaced all the body and radiator mounts. and have had a chance to look up close at all of the underside and lower body panels. I found no rusted or damaged body or frame mounts. no broken or frozen bolts. no rust. or bubbles of rust of any kind. floor and trunk pans are original. Only repair I have found is back glass lower panel was replaced. and I added a small stainless plate to lower right fender. a loose mount caused it to split. (see photo) You would have a hard time finding a better body than this one. Engine and trans are both completely rebuilt. Engine is original 283 bored out . 040 with hardened valve seats. trans is a turbo 350. ( I still have powerglide trans ) All accessories. starter. alternator. water pump. fuel pump. carburetor. distributor. radiator. heater core. eng & trans mounts. belts. hoses are new or rebuilt. Everything in engine bay was restored. ( engine bay was only cleaned not repainted ) All new power steering. close ratio steering gear box. hoses and pump. All new disc brakes. master. booster. spindles. rotors. calipers. bearings. dust shields and hoses. All new front end. springs. shocks. bushings. ball joints and sway bar. All engine bay wire harness have been restored. windshield wiper system has also been restored. I started working as a mechanic for Chevrolet in 1972 and have done all the work on this myself. I put the same quality of repair you see in the close up engine pictures into everything I worked on. In my opinion this is one of the nicest out there that has not been restored. It is ready to show or drive and needs no repair. Please contact me if you have questions or concerns. the only negative feedback I have ever received was from someone who asked no questions. nbsp;and was unhappy with 26 year old factory paint. If you are looking for a really nice car that looks. runs. drives. great. then this car is for you!! Contact me with questions. and good luck bidding. thanks. hotrods53
