Pictures really do not do this car justice. This isjust a cool Hot Rod that you will love. It is a 1955 Chevrolet 210 Townsman Station Wagon that is ready to cruise today. Almost $30,000 invested. I have a bunch of receipts for work that has been performed. It is a lifelong, lue plate California car. It was well put together and purpose built to be driven. The 55 is arrow straight. With awagon or aNomad, ou rarely see them this straightsimply because there is so much flat surface area to get right. This one is.The body is beautiful and rust free. The black paintappears about a mile deep. Itis excellent. All the chrome and stainlesswas redone and is excellent. It has a small block Chevy crate motor that runs extremely well. It starts right up, ettles intoa smooth idle, nd runs very strong. It sounds awesome, s extremely fast when you get into it, ut can be driven anywhere. It has great street manners. The radiator has been re-cored and doesn't go above 180-190going down the road. The four speedmanual transmission was completely and professionally rebuilt and shifts very smoothly. I have the receipt for that as well. Power front disc brakes, drop spindles. New front side glass. Wheel Vintique dog dish hubcaps. New wheels with newer tires. The interior is nice.Radio delete, riginal steering wheel. It has rubber matting, ot carpeting and that is how it came when it was new.The door panels havesome sun damage, ut are readily availablefromDanchuk or Classic Industries. It also needs the mats for the cargo areaand I tried toget them but they were on backorder. The paint is pretty much show quality except there was a scrape on the passenger siderear lower door that happened afterpaint. It has already been fixed and prepped. It is ready to paint andIhave theChromapremier 1953 General Motors black paint and hardener, ut my paint guy has some health issues and can't get to it. It is easily finished. All in all, his is a fast, un Hot Rod that you will not see at every car show you take it to. It draws a crowd everywhere. I am looking for a 1957 convertible and need the space.I am located in Cardiff, alifornia near San Diego.
