This is a 1978 Chevy Silverado 4x4 Custom Deluxe 10 "Ranch truck"

-Starts right up and runs very well. Idle is smooth and the truck is very quiet.

The engine sounds very healthy. Theclutch is great and shifting through the gears is easy. It is a 3 speed with granny low gear.4x4 works properly when tested. We only drove it a short distance and it felt great, an strong and felt solid. We and are selling it as a project truck that needs that needs cosmetic attention, tc.The brakes, teering and suspension felt normal and shestops fine. We couldn'tfind any leaks and mechanically the truckseems verysound.

As far as we know thetruck has been in California since new, owever since it was close to the beach it does have some rust. The frame and undercarriage are solidand the majority of the truck is rust free.The rust that we found is pictured below. The paint is old and has a nice honest appeal.

Due to the age and condition we will not be offering this van to California buyers as we cannot guarantee that it will pass all California strict safety/emissions requirements.

Pictures speak 1000 words so be sure to review them carefully to get an idea of what your buying. With some TLC this4x4 can really be a cool and unique ride, r just drive around the ranch or to Home Depot as-is.Overall this is very cool, lassic 4x4 Chevy pickup...... for the people who like the simple things in life.

The tires are ok however they do have dry cracks and should be replaced soon.
