Our Nomad is one of the coolest on the planet. Look folks, black paint does not tell lies. Picked as one f the top 10 Cars at the Louisville NSRA Nationals out of 10,335 Cars to earn her spot in the Streetrodder Top 100 for 2015 and also the Goodguys 2015 Classy Chevy Pick in Kissimmee FL. The Nomad is seen in the October 2015 NSRA Streetscene, August 2015 Goodguys Gazette and January 2016 Street Rodder. Those who really know love the execution. The story starts in the hands of the very capable John Dubois of Mint Restorations and while a proven show winner the goal was to build a reliable and comfortable driver with proven technologies. The heart of the beast is an all aluminum LS1 engine with a chromed out MagnaCharger sitting on top delivering DYNO recorded 372HP at rear tires. A custom cold air intakes through a K;N Filter bring in the fresh air which is exhaled through Street and Performance headers and a customer 3” Ceramic Exhaust. That’s backed up by a 4l60E overdrive to 4:11’s and an Eaton locker sitting in a 4 link. All of this sits on a professionally boxed California frame fitted with the best of RideTech Air front and rear with auto leveler, twin hidden tanks and pumps and hidden control solenoid unit. Up front we have StrongArm A-arms by RideTech as well and toss in an ADDCO Sway Bar as well. Braking is handled by 11’ drilled and slotted rotors, SSBC Calipers and an Electric Master. All of the plumbing is Stainless Steel. The interior is by Dale and Dave at Unlimited Design. All of the controls are hidden yet within easy reach. The eBrake is in the custom center console as are the mirco switches for the Specialty power windows. The hidden audio is in the glove box with the kicker amps and subwoofers concealed under the second seat. The seats are full leather and the entire interior is treated with Dynamat including the roof. Midnight peddles are by Lokar, the CON2R one-off steering wheel sits on an IDIDIT Column with push button start. The Smoothie Redlines by Diamond Back Classics are NEW…installed on 3/16/2016…load force balanced with a fresh front end alignment. Fronts are 235/45 R 18 and Rears are 295/40 R 20 and all four wrap BUDNIK X Series G10 Billet Wheels with custom Black Accents. Fit, Finish and Attention to detail have been rewarded as stated above. The miles deep black paint is 4 coats of black finished with 4 coats of clear. Top is 4 silver and 4 clear. The car is also 2015 NSRA Safety Inspected. Nomads will be displayed at the Daytona Spring Rod Run Car Coral so I reserve the right to terminate the auction. The Fine Print: Please do not bid if you are not a qualified cash.
