Description of 1972 Chevrolet Corvette

1972 Chevrolet Corvette T-Top Sports Coupe. Original Big Block LS-5 Car. W code in Vin represents Original 454ci. This car came loaded with options: Power Steering, Power Windows, Power Brakes, Air Conditioning, Removable T-Tops and Removable Rear Window, Tilt and Telescopic Steering Column, Hi Low Wipers and Wiper Door Assembly, Posi Traction Differential, Turbo 400 Transmission. This is a very good Project or Parts car that Will need a Frame. The Frame is rusted out. The car does not run but does roll freely. The car ran when parked 5 years ago and everything worked as it should. The engine was rebuilt with 5k on it before being parked. It is Not Seized up and cranks over fine. The Interior is original Black and shows well. The seats are Trim code 404 Black Leather and look nice. The dash is uncracked and in great condition. Original colour is Paint code 973 which is Mille Miglia Red. The 1972 Corvette was truly the end of an era. 1972 was the last year to feature chrome bumpers and the "egg crate" grill, it is considered to be the last year of truly classic Corvettes. It was also the last year to feature a pop out rear window, and the first year that they used this way of horsepower ratings which are measured from gross to the more accurate net.
